Set Up
Unpacking the Music Guild closet, moving merchandise carts, setting up the merchandise tables, laying out the merchandise, prepping the area to welcome parent/students (breakfast will be provided)

Welcoming New Parents/Students
- Welcome new families as they enter the Green Room, answer questions, assist w/ membership sign up and merch sales - Clean up and restock items in the Green Room to prep for next round. - Guide students/parents to the music specific breakout room(s), help pass out info packets, etc. Afterward, guide attendees to The MAT for the larger presentation from PTSA and Principal Williams
